Car diagnostics: how we help
For a diagnostic check on your Cadillac CT6, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
About your CT6
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the CT6. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Who does what
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. You approve the shop's quote before any work. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A car meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Before the shop starts
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Ask us
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request car diagnostics
