The Dodge Mirada: Car diagnostics
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For a diagnostic check on the Dodge Mirada, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. If you have the service history of your Mirada, have it ready for the shop.
What to send us
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
A car meanwhile
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Questions to ask the shop
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Small things that help
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Ready when you are
