Arranging the work for the Sprinter
The Dodge Sprinter and a diagnostic check: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
Before the shop sees your Sprinter
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
Who does what
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
Small things that help
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
Still deciding?
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
