Your Eagle Medallion needs a diagnostic check? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Your Medallion and the shop
If you have the service history of your Medallion, have it ready for the shop. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Medallion.

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
