Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
Before the shop starts
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
