The Isuzu Impulse: Car diagnostics
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a diagnostic check on the Isuzu Impulse, we connect you with a trusted shop. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
About your Impulse
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
What we arrange
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
A rental while you wait
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Talking to the shop
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
When you know your dates
Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
