The 2020 Lexus LS: Car diagnostics
For a diagnostic check on the 2020 Lexus LS, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
About your LS
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 3.5L 6-cylinder hybrid. Power comes from the 3.5L 6-cylinder hybrid, driving through an automatic (CVT).
How we help
You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
A car meanwhile
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Between shop visits
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Get an offer
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
