How we help
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We collect the rental when your car is back. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Good habits for your car
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
