The Lucid: Car diagnostics
Searching for car diagnostics for the Lucid? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
From request to repair
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Getting a clear quote
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Good habits for your car
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
When you know your dates
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
