Car diagnostics: how we help
Your Mercury Sable needs a diagnostic check? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Before the shop sees your Sable
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Sable. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
Who does what
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
Your rental while you wait
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Talking to the shop
Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Car care, briefly
Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
