A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

Car diagnostics: how we help
For a diagnostic check on the MINI Paceman, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
About your Paceman
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
The steps
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
Stay on the road
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Car care, briefly
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Before the shop starts
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Over to you
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
