How the request works
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Before the shop starts
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
