The 2019 Rolls-Royce Ghost: Car diagnostics
For a diagnostic check on the 2019 Rolls-Royce Ghost, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
Your car, your notes
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Ghost. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Its powertrain is the 6.6L 12-cylinder turbo with rear-wheel drive.
What we arrange
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Your rental while you wait
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Talking to the shop
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Between shop visits
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Your move
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
