About your 9000
If you have the service history of your 9000, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the 9000.
What to send us
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Your rental while you wait
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
Car care, briefly
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
Ask us
Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
