Car diagnostics: how we help
Need a diagnostic check for the Suzuki? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
How the arrangement works
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
A car while yours is in the shop
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Before the shop starts
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Between shop visits
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
