The Volvo WG: Car diagnostics
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for a diagnostic check on the Volvo WG we arrange a trusted shop. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. If you have the service history of your WG, have it ready for the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
How the request works
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
