Car hire: silver 2019 Acura RDX Tech in Java

The 2019 Acura RDX Tech: Car hire

The 2019 Acura RDX Tech is on this page for car hire: here is what to know before you request one. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

The RDX and Java

Java is about 1,639 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Also close to Java: Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

Under the hood

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Combined fuel use is 9.8 L/100 km: about 29 litres for 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $17.15 at our price setting.

When the RDX makes sense

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Space, size and seats

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Getting this car from us

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

What to have ready

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

From your dates to the handover

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
