Arraya and the A4

Tahuejo, El Zapotito and Las Anonas are the closest places to Arraya on our list.

The numbers in plain words

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid does the work, through a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Expect about 25 litres for every 300 km, going by its 8.3 L/100 km combined rating. At our price setting, it costs about $12.87 to drive 100 km.

How big it is

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. The EPA lists 340 litres for luggage, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Your request, our offer, your keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What we check

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
