Car hire: 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv in Ether

The 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv: Car hire

This 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

The A4 and Ether

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 926 km from Ether, and does not deliver there. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Ether starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Close by are Allreds, Steeds and Star, each with its own page.

What the specs mean

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

The combined figure, 8.3 L/100 km, means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $38.61 in energy at our price setting.

What to expect from the A4

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. At 340 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Renting it

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match.

What we need from you

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

What happens when you ask for a car

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
