Renting for Yameri

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Yameri starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. Yameri is about 3,364 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Nearby places include San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec.

Engine and fuel

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 28 litres, from its 9.2 L/100 km rating. A 300 km weekend costs about $42.78 in energy at our price setting.

When the Q5 makes sense

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Inside and out

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Rent it from us

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Before pickup

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

The steps

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Next step

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
