The figures, translated

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo; drive: all-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Plan on about 34 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 11.4 L/100 km. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $59.85 at our price setting.

When the Q7 makes sense

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Inside and out

It offers the space of an SUV with the height that makes loading easy.

Can you rent one?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.

The booking steps

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Rules for renters

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Next step

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
