Car hire: the E. P. Dutton

Car hire: the E. P. Dutton. Here is the car in plain words, and how renting one from CarmaCars works. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

What the figures tell you

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Best uses

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

In our fleet

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. No E. P. Dutton is in our fleet today; ask for one in a request and we search for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

What to have ready

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

How to book

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
