Good habits for your car
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
