Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
A rental while you wait
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We collect the rental when your car is back. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Between shop visits
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
