Yameri and the Q5

If you need it in Yameri itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Yameri is about 3,364 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Next door to Yameri are San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec.

The figures, translated

The engine is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

It is rated 9.2 L/100 km combined: about 28 litres every 300 km. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $14.26 at our price setting.

Who the Q5 suits

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits stop-and-go driving and rideshare or delivery work.

How big it is

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Renting this car

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

How it works

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What we ask of drivers

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
