Car rental pickup: the Tesla
For a car brought to you, here is what the Tesla brings, and how to request one. Delivery to your address is priced in your offer; pickup from us is free. We deliver to homes, condos, hotels and offices within our area.
Specs, explained
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.
Space, size and seats
It seats 5, going by our own car of this model.
Can you rent one?
Name the Tesla model you want in your request, and the offer confirms what we can give you. Our fleet has 1 matching this page; choose your dates on the car's page. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Booking made plain
You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.
Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
Before you rent
Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Car rental pickup: the Tesla
Can I rent a Tesla in Toronto?
Yes. We have one on the site now, each with its own calendar and price. Choose your dates on the car's page and send a request; nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
