Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Aftercare
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
What affects the price
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
