We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
How to request it
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
How the price is set
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Before you drop the car off
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
How long you are without it
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
