Car repair for the VPG
This page covers body repair for the VPG, and a rental while the car is with us. This is body repair. Mechanical work such as engines, brakes and oil changes is not part of it.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
How to request it
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Keep your week on track
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Pricing, plainly
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We price the job before we start, never after. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
How long it takes
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Next step
Book the work and a rental in one request.
