The steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Before you rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
