Driver requirements

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

The steps

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
