The booking steps

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Who qualifies

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
