Rules for renters

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Your booking, in three steps

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
