How a booking comes together

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we ask of drivers

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
