Booking, step by step

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

What to bring

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
