What happens when you ask for a car

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Requirements

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
