What to expect when you book

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Who qualifies

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
