What happens when you ask for a car
You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.
Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
Licence, age and card
Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.
Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
