The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid does the work, through a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

How it works

Driver requirements

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
