Renting: the basics

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

The steps

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
