Car subscription: the 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv

This page joins two things: car subscription, and the 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv in plain words. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.

Cloverfields and the A4

The pages for Cloverfields, Bridge View and Stevensville cover the areas next door.

What the specs mean

The engine is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Its combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km, which means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $12.87 at our price setting.

What to expect from the A4

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. With 340 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Can you rent one?

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

Getting the car booked

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What to have ready

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
