What the figures tell you

What to expect when you book

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What we ask of drivers

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
