The figures, translated

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Licence, age and card

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Request, offer, keys

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
