Renting: the basics

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
