The engine is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Who can rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
