Rules for renters
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
