Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

What happens when you ask for a car

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
