Car subscription: the 2021 Audi A4 Technik

The 2021 Audi A4 Technik for a car by the month: the facts first, then the booking. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.

Apache Junction and the A4

Next door to Apache Junction are Desert Park Mobile Home Park, Superstition Mobile Village and Chaparral Mobile Ranch.

What the specs mean

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

By the EPA's combined rating of 8.3 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 25 litres. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

The A4 in everyday use

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. At 340 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Renting the A4 from CarmaCars

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.

Getting the car booked

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Rules for renters

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
