Specs, explained

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Fuel use is rated 8.3 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 25 litres. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $12.87 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Inside and out

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. With 340 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Our A4 cars

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

Checking your details

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

The booking steps

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Make a request

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
