Who can rent

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
